North Bridge Studios is an award-winning communication design
firm located on scenic Signal Mountain in Tennessee. The company
is headed by founder Van Overbay and serves local and national
clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, Van moved to Chattanooga in
1992. In 1994 he married Elizabeth Lee Troutman and together they
formed The Galactic Attic in 1997. During his agency life, Van
headed studios for advertising firms in Atlanta, Chattanooga, and
Colorado where he produced work for clients such as Burger King,
Coca-Cola and Columbia HCA.

New York’s Pratt Institute and
The University of Tennessee at
Knoxville. He has a Bachelors
degree in Communication Design
from The Atlanta College of Art.
